Returns policy details

We trust that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we do offer you the opportunity to return the item/s. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie series; we can only take returns on never-used item.
Please Note: un-used/unworn item/s, because some items are not resalable after they are worn, hope buyers understand.

Returns are NOT accepted for G-string, C-string, bodystockings due to health and hygiene regulations. If the item arrives damaged or defective (If you have any questions about the items, you are welcome to contact us via phone or our email: sales@princesslace.co.uk) you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for replacement or a full refund.

P.S. Unwanted item/s, or buyer has changed minds, or buyer bought items by mistake, or the item fits not as well as expected, or wrong address was given… the buyers have to cover the P&P for sending and return.

We simply ask the following:
1) You kindly let us know before you return the item/s.
2) The reasons for returning the items.
3) The items are in original condition & packaging with a note of your id, purchase date.

You are responsible for the merchandise until it safely reaches us. We are not responsible if the merchandise you return gets lost or damaged in the mail.
